Flat Bottom Pouch

A flat bottom pouch (also known as block bottom bag) features a wide, flat base that provides superior stability on shelves and a large, uninterrupted front panel for premium branding.
Ideal for high-value products such as coffee, snacks, grains, pet food, protein powder, and tea.

We offer recyclable mono-PE/PP structures, PCR options (GRS certified), and compostable PLA/paper materials. Customize with zippers, degassing valves, handles, spouts, and full-color digital/flexo printing.

What printing methods do you use?

We have three kinds of printing techniques, including rotogravure printing, flexographic printing, and digital printing. We always recommend the most appropriate method based on material and quantity, to make the best solution for clients.

Why are flat bottom pouches more expensive than stand-up pouches?

The reason lies in the production process. A flat bottom pouch needs to go through two rounds of printing and laminating. The pouch-forming process is much more complicated.

Are there eco-friendly options for Flat Bottom Pouches?

Yes, that is what we do. We have a recyclable packaging solution and a compostable solution.

Do you provide FDA/EU compliant materials for food contact?

Yes, all our food-grade materials comply with FDA and EU 10/2011 regulations.
