A Flat bottom pouch is a type of flexible packaging that has a flat, wide, and stable bottom. Compared with a stand-up pouch, it is less cost-effective. It has its own obvious advantage, though, such as a more stable and self-standing, larger display and branding area, better protection, etc. Mostly it is used for high-value products, especially for food like coffee, snacks, grains, pet food, protein powder, etc. Different features can be realized.

What printing methods do you use?

We have three kinds of printing techniques, including rotogravure printing, flexographic printing, and digital printing. We always recommend the most appropriate method based on material and quantity, to make the best solution for clients.

Why are flat bottom pouches much higher than other pouches, such as stand up pouches?

The reason lies in the production process. A flat bottom pouch needs to go through two rounds of printing and laminating. The pouch-forming process is much more complicated.

Are there eco-friendly options for Flat Bottom Pouches?
